Law Enforcement Guide To Satanic Cults (1994) VHS tape - Vocal Sample Pack

A sample pack comprised of audio clips from an instructional VHS tape distributed to US police in 1994, entitled Law Enforcement Guide To Satanic Cults. The video purported to explain the connections between gang activity and secretive satanic cults that were operating in the US.

The information provided in the tape was almost entirely factually incorrect or misleading, an example of propaganda from the "Satanic Panic" that has been regurgitated time and again as slander against various other minority groups. However, out of context, many of the phrases make for funny soundbites, and I have already used them as vocal samples in my music before deciding to share them in the form of this pack.

I do not own the copyright to the original tape and frankly I'm not sure anyone does at this point.
